Rewardsco Celebrates Diversity on Rainbow Day

In a world where diversity and inclusion are more important than ever, Rewardsco is proud of the culture we have built since the company opened its doors in 1996. This year, we hosted Rainbow Day, a spectacular event dedicated to celebrating our diverse workforce and embracing the people who contribute to our success.

Rewardsco’s Rainbow Day wasn’t your ordinary corporate gathering. We made sure to pull out all the stops, so everyone felt welcomed, seen and appreciated.

The day was a kaleidoscopic explosion of self-expression. Employees adorned in dazzling, colourful outfits and accessories filled the air with a cheerful energy that could be felt across the campus.
“Rewardsco is a home for me and coming home every day knowing my truth is accepted and celebrated is the most welcoming feeling ever. Here, I am free and able to be bold, and we have respect for each other’s diversity,” said Terry Nkabinda from the digital customer care team.

Rewardsco recognises that each employee brings a unique set of skills, experiences and perspectives to the table, which drives innovation and success. By embracing diversity, we not only foster a harmonious work environment but also tap into the endless possibilities that arise from our melting pot of backgrounds, cultures and viewpoints.

The Rewardsco campus was bathed in the glorious African sunshine as our people gathered to be part of the celebrations. Featuring fun activities, music, dancing, giveaways, face-painting and a showcase of some of our very own people’s talents, it gave each employee a chance to connect, respect and understand each other on a more meaningful level.
