The Open Door Crisis Centre is a vital lifeline to those in need. The NPO has extended a compassionate hand with trauma counselling, support groups and social services for over two decades. We have proudly joined forces with this dedicated organisation to forge a brighter future for both our people and the communities we call home.
Empowering black-owned businesses in South Africa
In 2020, Rewardsco Investments created Khula Capital, a private equity fund dedicated to supporting black entrepreneurs. Through this fund we foster growth, innovation and a brighter future for the people of KwaZulu-Natal. As part of our strategic commitment, Rewardsco Group is actively investing in black-owned SMEs to meet BBBEE Ownership Pillar goals, with a focus on leveraging our sales and distribution expertise. Khula Capital Private Equity Fund stands as a proud 12.5% shareholder in our journey.

As a business that actively seeks to hire Deaf and hard of hearing individuals, we partnered with Deaf-led organisation, E-Deaf to support our efforts. By working hand in hand with the organisation we promote equal opportunities, cultivate an inclusive workplace and make a positive impact on the lives of the communities around us.
Connecting People, Changing Lives
As industry leaders we know it’s our responsibility to help South Africans “Move Forward.” This is why we partner with global charity, Qhubeka. We assist the organisation by raising funds to provide underprivileged individuals in rural communities with access to bicycles, in turn improving their access to school, work and healthcare.
